It’s time to open your eyes to a healthier you. Manage My Health empowers you to take charge of your health when, where, and how it suits you.

At Stokes Valley Medical Centre, we use Manage My Health as a patient portal to make sure you have access to your health, when you need it.

• View your test results
• Order repeat prescriptions
• Receive notifications and updates from Stokes Valley medical Centre that may be relevant to you and your health
• Be proactive about how you manage your health

Please note there are some functions in the app that we have currently disabled due to COVID-19, such as booking appointments. This will hopefully be activated in the future.
